“I had been dealing with plantar injury for about a year when, at wit's end, I made the biggest of many recovery-related purchases: E3 Rehab's Plantar Fasciitis program. At around $60 or $65, it was worth every penny. E3's appeal, to me, was their research-based approach, their assiduous refusal to make outlandish promises and their focus on empowerment. Why We Designed This Program

We were tired of the fads, gimmicks, and fancy gadgets that over-promise and under-deliver. We wanted to create the most affordable and up-to-date program that puts you in the driver seat. You are in control. Rather than driving to appointments 3 times per week for months on end without significant changes in symptoms and function that ends up costing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, we developed this program to be simple and effective for less than the price of a cup of coffee each week.


Frequently Asked Questions

Are you trying to recover from plantar fasciitis symptoms that are negatively impacting your day-to-day activities, fitness routine, and/or long-term goals? Are you also interested in improving your strength, mobility, balance, and overall function while trying to reduce your risk of future injury? If so, this program is for you!


The program is 16 weeks in length, although progress should be observed sooner.


The program actually comes with a Basic Program and Comprehensive Program, both designed to be performed 3 days per week.

The Basic Program takes approximately 8-12 minutes per session.

The Comprehensive Program has one session that takes 8-12 minutes and two full training sessions that take roughly 20-45 minutes depending on your chosen rest times, current phase of the program, and exercise selection.

Additionally, both programs come with daily exercises to be performed up to 3 times per day for a total of 6-9 minutes (2-3 minutes each time).

Some aspects of the program are customizable, so you can tailor the training sessions to fit your availability, preferences, and goals.

Since the program is modifiable, no equipment is needed to start the program. However, to perform EVERY exercise in the program, weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, or a backpack filled with weights), bands (any variety), and a step (or objects stacked that you can safely stand on) are required.
